The Changing Earth
Global Warming and the Greenhouse Effect are two of the things that are popular topics in the media and in scientific journals.
Recently I was thinking about microwave ovens and Warming Consciousness? There are some articles that suggest that global warming is not caused by excess carbon dioxide and the greenhouse effect. They explain that the sun is emitting a new type and stronger kinds of microwave radiation that could be the cause.
Let me ask you this, has anyone else thought about the microwave oven as an explanation? No I mean it, seriously let me explain! The latest studies of solar activity have shown that a lot of radiation from the sun has been hitting the Earth recently. The microwaves in an oven heat up the water molecules which heats up your food. OK so if the sun emits more microwaves that heat up the 70% of Earth’s surface that is water, what do you think could happen? But not only the sun, what about all the microwave relay towers and cell phones and other forms of telecommunications that could be adding to the hot energy soup that we live in? Are we living in a microwave oven??
If this is true what do we do? Will the polar ice all melt and flood the low lying areas as many scientists have stated? No I don’t think so! The Earth is a round molten ball that is also 70% covered with liquid. This means that our big liquid ball is constantly moving and changing. (Remember that the only constant is change). But we are on this ball that has a mass that does not change and a diameter that does not change. That means you can not increase the diameter of Earth with a rising sea level that would flood low areas. What might change is that the land mass moves as with continental shifting. This might actually be one of mechanisms that can cause continental shifting. And if this kind of change happens it will take thousands of years to see any drastic results.
Like I said, I was just thinking outside the box… Maybe the Earth is changing as we change and that change is the engine of the evolution of consciousness. I welcome any comments that anyone has and truly wish that some scientists give these ideas a serious thought.
